1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Carrier

We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our orders. For faster delivery options, we also offer shipping through UPS.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $49.99, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping options such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx. Delivery times for expedited shipping vary depending on the chosen service.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order on the USPS website or our website.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes within the United States.

7. International Shipping

We are excited to serve customers within the United States. Our focus is on providing the best possible shipping experience for our domestic customers.

8. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at friend@stafaz.com or inbox to our store. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to your satisfaction with our apparel. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (minus any original shipping costs).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:  

  1. Contact us at friend@stafaz.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details on eligibility and return procedures.
