  • Lemon: 1-2 (cut in half)
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme: 2-3 sprigs each
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Chicken broth: 500ml
    Stuffing:
    • Bread: 200g, cubed
    • Sausage: 100g (optional)
    • Onion: 1, chopped
    • Celery: 2 stalks, chopped
    • Butter: 100g
    • Seasonings: rosemary, thyme, pepper, salt
    • Chicken broth: 200ml

       

      Step 1: Prepare the Turkey

        

      Clean and dry the turkey, then spread the softened butter and season with salt and pepper all over.

      Step 2: Make the Stuffing

      Sauté the onion and celery in butter, add sausage and seasonings. Mix the bread with chicken broth.
